what are some ways to cook boneless skinless chicken breasts for a sandwich to add flavor ? so that it's not just plain chicken on a bun.. any suggestions for seasonings or something ?

Get one of those cajun injectors. It's like a gigantic syringe. There are commercial injections available or you can make your own. Then just grill it up. The injector gets the flavor all through the meat.

Cajunize that [censored]. Or, given your proximity to the Great White North, pick up some "Canadian" chicken seasoning. Sautee with onions and peppers. Consider - gasp! - a slice of cheese. Where have you been, anyway?

breaded, grilled with some lemon pepper, grilled with some italian dressing (probably best to let it marinate first), grilled with some dry KC Masterpiece seasoning (this was my bread & butter when I was on my diet), grilled with some butter, garlic power and onion powder, marinate in some soy sauce...

There's so many damn ways to cook chicken it's sick.

Marinade in a wocestershire sauce or italiane vinegerrette, cook on a george foreman or just pan fry, apply generous amounts of lemon pepper during the cooking process.

Those Lawrys marinades are pretty good. Boneless skinless chicken breast are pretty versitale. Ive made my own spicy chicken sandwiches that were very good. Try franks red hot sauce, chili powder, cayanne pepper powder and a few other ingredients depending on how hot you like it. Then if your cooking on the grill just brush it on every so often. Worked great for me and im no whiz in the kitchen. Just experiment with stuff different spices or marinades and whatnot and see what you like.
