you should scan the computer first. if you are a regular and someone wants to still your password, pretty easy to do with basic key loggers.

I have done it before and never had a problem.

However, as a precaution, I use one specific site that does not hold a lot of my money. I also double check to make sure that my password is not retained by the computer. As I usually have to download the software, I just erase it off the computer when I am done with it.

Or install SnoopFree Privacy Shield, it detects keyloggers and screengrabbers. Playing at an Internet Cafe on their machines is very very risky. And 128-bit encryption is not that difficult to crack with a cluster of machines, apparently.

I actually meant an Internet Cafe - using their PC. Would there be a problem if I just change my password after leaving (from my home PC)?

If you use neteller at an internet cafe they'll usually suspend your account but it's routine you just gotta call in.

I've used neteller at a cafe before as well as in a few other states and they have never suspended my account.

Not saying that they don't do this some of the time. But they never have with me.

How would they know that it's an Internet Cafe? I access my Neteller account from multiple machines, at work and at home, and I've never had a problem.
