Click2Pay/TruePoker Two Week Cashout.
Of course I have a Netteller account but I thought I'd try out Click2Pay. It was fast to set up and I deposited into TruePoker. My first two cashouts of about 100 each took over 10 days to process from Truepoker back to Click2pay and I sent a couple of e-mails to both TruePoker and Click2Pay thinking it was just first time withdrawal delays of some kind. My next cashout was on May 13 and I STILL don't have it in my Click2Pay account, but I found out that it is TruePoker's problem not Click2Pay's. I've noticed more and more sites are supporting Click2Pay but what's the point if they are not going to process these transactions with any expediency?

I do suggest that you use NETeller in the future, as cashouts are generally available well within 48 hours. Two weeks is getting a bit excessive I think. I'll write it off as a lesson learned I suppose. Can't even really remember why I thought I'd try Click2Pay in the first place. |
