How much to expect?

Read an article where it was said that an expert sitngo player would often hope to make $30 for every $200 sitngo entered.
Does anyone want to share their thoughts of how much a good player could expect to win from every sitngo on a general basis, and more specifically on $10, $20, $50 and $100, when the rake is subtracted?

$30/$200 = 15% Return of Investment (ROI)

This has to be at a high level (at least $55s or $109s).

At the $11s I would say one could expect a ROI of about 40%. I don't know for the higher levels, maybe someone with experience from those can come up with some numbers?
