Hey now,
Anyone interested in a $10 bet (using ps) against my below hypothesis: Shaniac (Shane Schleger) will place higher than Johnnybax (Cliff Josephy) in the WSOP main event 2006? |

Is there a rivalary between them or something? I know more about Bax than Shaniac. I don't know how Shaniac plays.

no, there just two of the best online players who i know will be playing main event. Shaniac has ft'd the 1k rebuy wsop and bax has won the stud.

I doubt there'll be much action on a $10 bet?

To bet against Bax is a bad idea since he just placed 12th at the Bellagio event. The guy has more of a hot streak in live tourneys as of late than online. I bet on Bax.

In most cases, the bet will result in no action as both are eliminated in the masses of day 1ABC or day 2AB, and you can't determine which actually finished higher.

unless they A) have the same starting day and B) you are there, there's very little way to prove who finished ahead of who.
