I think your idea of having a content rich site is the way to go. That is one of the most effective ways to drive traffic.
Being a sub-affiliate can be compared to signing-up for rake back. It will not have any negative effects and can only help you. You can choose a few affiliates who you feel comfortable with and send them a proposal. I would look for someone who is willing to help and offer advice, in addition to kicking back at least 50% of their sub-affiliate commission. Most affiliates will set you up directly with the poker sites so you "own" your referred players. This eliminates any risk to you if your parent affiliate stops doing business in the future. Good luck with your new venture! Best Regards, Justin |

Thanks again Justin,
I think I'm getting the picture now. I have a poker-niche idea but I'm still in the planning stage and I don't have a lot of content yet. It will take a while to pull it all together. Should I contact affiliates now or when I'm almost ready to go live to try and get a deal? Re kickback; any chance of divulging what is on average 100% kickback?
