I'm playing in event #17. I've visited the WSOP website but I'm still a little ambiguous about registration. Do you have to pre-register or can you sign-up the day of the event? I'm guessing it's worth it to pre-register to avoid a long wait, correct?

(OT) Anyone see the Elton John Red Piano show? It's getting good reviews from what I've heard, just wondering if anyone can recommend one way or the other?

(OT) Per 2+2 critics, I have reservations for Delmonico's, very excited about this!

I'm going to be playing events 2-4(the 1st 3 $1500 events) and stay at the Rio from June 25th to at least June 30th. Also, I won my ME seat at pokershare.com(they have nice overlay) and as part of that I received 16 nights at the Rio. So I'll be back July 26th - Aug 10th. Feel free to give me a call and stop by the room. Depending on results/bankroll I will play other events.

i've got to figure out when i'm going to go to europe for a couple of weeks so that i can figure out when i'm going to vegas. i haven't bought my tickets to get out there for the main event because i haven't decided if i'm playing the events immediately before it or if i'm going to do a gap in the middle. dammit.

Event 37 sounds goot. I'll be going back and forth between Vegas and SF for the whole WSOP, probably play about 5 events, and get a bunch of online play in in between. Haven't figured out an exact schedule yet, kind of depends when some sh-t is going on in Cali (my friend is a flake when it comes to commiting to a date for his bachelor party (and why it's not in Vegas, I don't know)), etc...)
