Default many new nuts

3/6 6-max on Party

Villian was someone I had never played before, 23 hands, 13/8 or something similar. I have $570, villian has 1350.

1 limper, I raise to 25 with KQo on the button, villian calls in BB, limper calls.

Flop AhJcTh, check-check-I bet $40-villian raises to $125, limper folds. I take most of my allowed time and call. I take my time a lot but not sure if villian knows this.

Turn is the As. Villian bets exactly my stack, a slight overbet of the pot.

What would you do here?
