Where to post and raising your post?

I just read a post by jason_t that made me have a couple of questions. What is the worst position you will post in before waiting for the big blind? Also, I have read a few comments about auto raising your post when it is folded to you. Are there some of you that raise with any two, or do you just really lower your normal standards?

i only post in the CO...and if its folded to me i will raise any two...
