Usually play 4-8 at Big Daddy's in Spokane, WA. Occasionally I head out to Northern Quest as well. I am the guy in the Seahawks hat.

CAZ and Fort McDowell. I play the 5-150 and 40/80 (if the right people are playing) at CA, and 5-150 at the Fort or whatever they have running until they get a 5-150 game going.

When in LV the Wynn 2/5NL or 5/10NL depending on the players, when in LA the Bike 5/5NL or 5/10NL again depending on the players.

BTW I would estimate somewhere between 5-6 regular 2+2 posters at CAZ and somewhere around 30+ lurkers of 2+2 there. I remember replying to a post asking about the best place to park at CAZ last summer, for two weeks after I could not get a space in my normal spot...

BTW II, since you are thinking about the 5-150 game. It is a good game, but carries a lot of variance. Be prepared to drop several buy-ins in any given session, but in the long run it is a profitable game if you play a solid TAG or sLAG game.

5/10 kill at Foxwoods, though I don't make it down there as often as I'd like. I also sometimes play 4/8 with my girlfriend, or dabble in 1/2NL. My home away from home is the pink chip game at the Trop in AC.
