It's supposed to be "every man for himself" at the table, just like poker. But, most people don't roll in with $200K in their pocket. So, a group of people with some big $$$$ actually banks all bets at these tables. I believe Mike's mom Trish is one of the BIG bankers and Mike runs the biz.
