Just got PokerTracker / Two Noob Questions!!

My first question:
I read somewhere that if you have pokertracker and party poker that you can view table stats just by observing them. I have GameTime+ and I can see stats when I am sitting, but not while just observing. Is there a way to get hand histories from Party while just observing?

Second Question:
Is there a really informative post/site that helps you learn the proper ways to adjust to various types of players? Its nice to see all their stats, and I know what they mean, I'm just not 100% sure how to adjust my play to them.

1st question, check out the software forum. There are ways to datamine still.
