My plan was to CR all in but then he came out with this huge bet.

[/ QUOTE ] I imagine he is overbetting an overpair between 99-JJ to protect against the flush draw. I don't see QQ+ smooth calling and playing a set like this would be, eh, interesting on his part. You are only behind AA, KK and the sets, all of which are unlikely given his actions: get your money in the middle.
