I've been known to raise JTo HU in a blind battle, but my HU aggression levels are borderline psychotic. With THIS guy I think calling preflop would be better... but it's something to think about.
I'd strongly consider check/raising this flop. I know my reasoning makes no sense anywhere outside of my own head, but this is the kind of flop where I don't consider him showing aggression to bet the flop. It's my patented "check-raise for information and see if he has the stones to 3-bet." I like your plans in 2 and 3. Shame the board didn't cooperate. Nh. |
