i think betting is ok, but keep in mind that you're bluffing. if you get called here, it's probably time to shut down.

i rep the A and bet - if i get called it's time to shift to c/f unimproved.

if i get raised on the flop by the button then of course i fold.

I don't like c-betting here for the following reasons:

- The flop is extremely bad

- You're up against (2) villains; one who has position on you. I'd be surprised if both of them folded here.

Even against (1) villain, I think c-betting here is questionable. However, I must admit that I'm picky when it comes to c-betting the flop.

Bet the flop. If you get flat called then check fold the turn. If a blank hits the turn and he checks the turn then you could put him on a draw KQ or KJ and maybe a flush draw and proceed accordingly. You raised so the flop bet represents an A.

My hunch is that he folds to a flop bet. If he raises obviously fold to 2 pair of big ace.

Part of why I like Cbetting here is because I can sandwhich the button. Because there are 3 people,my bet looks stronger, he can't be happy to float because he doesn't know if the blind will call. If the blind calls, I could second barrel if he checks the turn at me suspecting he's on a draw.
