Theres a list of cardrooms on www.pokerineurope.com and on www.blondepoker.com chances are there will be no NL but there will be some deep stacked Pot Limit games (be looking at sitting with $400-$500 min), I think these tend to get going after the tournaments.

Had a quick look there is a Grosvener in Manchester and another Casino in Salford which is nearby.

These days you can join the casinos on entry with your passport as ID.
