I think we're going to be 3-bet against our c/r very rarely against an unknown to worry about how to deal with it.

And if we were, I think that it's still a clear call.

fair enough. I get the benefits of checkraising and reads would make this decision easier I think.....I dont think its a big deal either way but I'd rather know that Im putting in a guaranteed 1-2 bets on the river rather than 0-3.

Aussie, I have to respectfully disagree with this. If you c/r, you're also guaranteed to put in 0-3 bets.

I'd rather know that Ill be getting in at least 1 bet on the river or two if raised. This for me is better than risking kittens being endangered if checked through or having to face the unlikely but still unpleasant 3 bet which I would call.
