Default Keeping the pot small with my pair from the BB

MP1 is 27/6/1 after an hour or so of play. He likes making small bets after the flop when no one shows interest in the pot. SB is 67/11/2.5 after 4 orbits.

Does anyone prefer just betting the flop here? I was pretty confident that one of these guys were going to bet, so I wanted to go for a check-raise. However, MP1 made a "larger" bet than expected, which is why I decided to call and lead the turn. Once he called my turn bet, I decided to check the river; I planned on calling a bet from MP1 if he decided to do so.

Does anyone bet 10.00 on the river here? One could easily argue that worse hands like K9, Q9, J9, or T9 will call.

Thanks in advance!

I like flop and turn

I'm not sure if I prefer a 1/2 pot bet for value or a c/c to catch missed hearts on river

Standard. Don't bet more than $7 on the river if you decide to bet. Too many worst hands get away for a big bet.
