Generally nothing but I guess you could flat call lower pocket pairs on a loose passive table if you know you'll get callers behind.

I was going to respond, but this pretty much nails it... ok, I will add a little bit. I might be thinking about the players to act behind me as well. Hopefully, they fold and isolate. If you have calling machines this hand could get trickier.

For the record, I am 3-betting with this read.
