This is a great opportunity to share her interest in fitness. She is asking you. Sounds like a great girlfriend. I bet it would mean a lot to her and strengthen your relationship.

Wow if your serious about her ask if you can run more often and if she will train you. I was in same boat with a gal and it did not take long to get into running shape. Its also qulaity time that you spend and the results will be great.
