Rebuy right off the bat?

Is it proper strategy to take your rebuy immediately? For example, if the tourn. starts with 1500 chips and you can get 1500 more for an additional buy-in, should you do it or wait till you get bounced (assuming unlimited rebuys)?

always take it, for the same reasons you should always buy in for the max in a NL cash game. if you think you're better than the average player at the table, you want to have as many chips as possible for when they double you up.
