Default bank roll vs game

I need help.

My bankroll was at $7,000 and I was playing 2/4 nl at B&M and online. I had a losing streak and lost $3,000, I paid some bills with $2,000. Now I'm left with $2,000.

To rebuild back up and not lose my bank roll, please give me some guidance on what level to play. The B&M casino (which I prefer to online gambling) lowest no limit table is 2/4. I fair badly at limit, but could give 3/6 or 4/8 a shot again. The online site has games all the way down to pennies per hand - but the lower the blinds the lower my interest and the worse I play.

Help?

Yikes! Me too. Can't even do simple math!

$0.50/$1.00 is a more correct NL online table for you.

I'm logging off to go take a nap!

NL$100 if you are a winning player. Move up to NL$200 once you hit $4k or so.
