Okay, I think that if you do this you're a scumbag. I can't imagine what other opinions you expect to hear.

[/ QUOTE ]

Scumbag is the last word I would use to describe anyone who ripped off Party Poker. More power to you bro.

He stole $6000, but no, you're right, he's not a scumbag.

Maybe the best recourse would be for them to encourage you to seek help for your gambling problem.

I lost my entire life to partypoker blackjack over the past 6 months. Every dollar I have plus thousands I don't have. I have entered rehab and have absolutely no further credit or cash to clear this debt. My intentions were not to scam anyone and I was just wondering how much more crap I'd have to go through before from partypoker before I could get the help I need and get on with my life.

The consequences of stealing 6K from them.

Could be nothing, could be ruined credit history, could be civil/criminal prosecution, it can run the whole gamit really, just depending on how far PP is willing to take it.

If I owned a business I certainly wouldn't let people rip me off for 6K.

You have a gambling problem. You gambled at a game you cannot beat with money you didn't have.

You should immediately delete every casino/poker room you have on your computer and make a personal vow to yourself to never gamble again and possibly seek treatment (Gambl0rs Annonymous).

Pay off your debts like a man and in a few years once you've paid off everything and have your financial/emotional house in order you'll be glad you did.

(or you could just Martingale the debt in roullette until you're even)
