Does anyone have any experience with what happens if you do not honor e-check deposits to Partypoker. For example, if you close your bank account before they present the e-checks. Can they do anything other than harrass you? Can they employ collection agencies or attack your credit rating. Are they likely to go through all that for $6000?
Any experience anyone has would be greatly appreciated. I have read several opinions on this but no one seems to have a personal experience. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks. |

Are you asking how to (or if you can) scam $6K from PartyPoker?
Irregardless, this belongs in the internet forum. Good luck. |

My bad...I saw you posted already on the internet forum and (I'm guessing) you did not like the answers you got (that's why you posted here?). Sheesh, the nerve of some people calling you a thief and such.
Anyways, your answer is no. Party is offshore so they have no reprocussions against you. They cannot attack your credit or send collections after you. I think you may have hit a gold mine there. With all your hard work, I am sure you will get what you deserve. Good luck and let me know how it turns out. |

I got in over my head using their dumb blackjack feature. They already got everything else I have. I don't have the 6 grand anyway so my only option is to close the checking account. I am just wondering what their recourse is.

I'm gonna speculate, but grand theft sounds about right. Maybe even topped with a fraud charge.
