I wanted to clear the reload at party but didnt have any money in my neteller so I asked a friend to borrow me $500 so he deposit it from his neteller to party and then transfered it to me.. and I imidiatly did the withdraw..

usually it takes about 3h for the money to hit my neteller account.. but after 24h i mailed cs asking whats going on.. and they told me all transactions are checked and sometimes it takes more than a couple of hours

my guess is that they will give me my money after 17th may 23:59 (the reload expires then)

You are not supposed to get transfers and then cash them out right away. Party will probally ask you to email them or they will just reverse the cashout. There is a normal playthrough requirement on transfers.
