There are a ton of get fit posts but I couldn't find anything on flexibility. I'm satisfied with the direction of my weight and cardio programs, but my flexibility is way below average. I don't want to take a yoga or similar class, as I don't really have the time.
What I'm looking for is a daily program I could do from home, something beyond the standard stretches that I could do for around 20 minutes a day that will lead to dramatic improvements in flexibility within a few months. Anyone know of any programs or products? |

Being flexible is usually a sign that you're gay.

Pavel T's "relax into stretching".
It's pretty awesome, although sometimes it can be uncomfortable. check it out, if you can make your way through the advertising, at dragondoor.com or PM me, and I'll help you out with finding it. |

Why dont you want to do yoga, stretching, or pilates?
Just get a yoga DVD and do it at home so no one has to see. Also, get a stretch band and read the directions. Or go to the library and get a book on stretching. |
