I have about 15,000 FPPs right now... I'll need to get about 20k more to get a nice monitor most likely...

Default For Canadians:

Hello Ryan,

We had to launch the new VIP items before the Canadian products were
ready. We will offer a full line of products for Canadian VIPs very soon.
If you are willing to purchase your own items and email in proof of
purchase. We would be willing to deduct the FPPs and credit your account.

Regards,

Scotty
PokerStars VIP Team

In my opinion, excellent customer service. Thank you Stars.

Ryan

Sooo.......

Americans are fine,
Some Europeans have almost something, which I suppose is sligthly better than nothing,
Canadians will 'soon' be fine. (uh huh)
Anyone from anywhere else is basically 'screwed'.

Some people can 'organise' there own deals with Stars & obviously others have not been offered any 'deals' with Stars. IE probably dependent which Stars support person one deals with (sound like any other poker site we know?).

In short, it seems like Stars is now copying the PartyPoker business model.

Confusion, disappointment, lack of consistency..........

Very very disappointing!

It probably depends on how many VPPs you have. If they know you're going to get to Supernova within the year, it's likely that they're extended concierge benefits to you in lieu of electronics when they can't ship to your country yet.
