Found somethig X-Post from RGP

It sounds like a limitation through an upgrade, we will see.

"As of Tuesday morning May 2, 2006 FSV has restored cardholder access to
ATMs but with some restrictions. These restrictions will remain in
place for a short period of time and are as follows:

Cardholders may only make ATM withdrawals in the state where their
cards are registered.
Cardholders are permitted only one transaction per 24 hours period
Withdrawals are limited to $400 each for cardholders who have made ATM
withdrawals from their cards in the past; and $200 each for cardholders
who have no ATM withdrawal history on their cards.
You may still obtain cash without restrictions at POS locations. We
appreciate your patience regarding this upgrade. If you have any
questions or concerns please feel free to call our VIP line directly. "

After speaking to several people at Neteller this evening, I was finally given the phone number posted earlier in this thread. I called and gave them the "new" address information that I gave to Neteller ~9 months ago and I am now able to use local ATMs again.

I was also informed of all of the restrictions that you have listed. The rep that I spoke to told me that these restrictions have been put in place due to a huge problem with fraudulent activity on their cards recently. She said that I could call between 8am-5pm (I forgot to ask which time zone) and ask to speak to a tier 2 representative to inquire about having some of these restrictions lifted.

How did you update you Debit card information? Isn't the debit card info the same as Neteller? Was that a failure by Neteller not informing the debit card company of the change of address?

The state restriction, is this something new?

thanks in advance

[/ QUOTE ]

you can update your info by calling the number i liistd earlier. according to the rep i talked to, the reason they had old info was neteller had not provided them with the new info. the debit card is run by a seperate company for neteller AFAIK
