Re: playing AA vs. an unknown.
I wouldn't cap the turn without a read. Three bets on the turn is enough for me v. an unknown.

Re: playing AA vs. an unknown.
wow, would an unknown 3-bet AT? that's the question. We have to rule out TT & probably 88 on math. You are unknown to him too, so he has to figure what your capping pre-flop means--unless he's a total donk. I'm probably calling the turn 3-bet and calling river.

Re: playing AA vs. an unknown.
I like it. Alternatively I'll just call the flop 3bet so I can raise the turn if I think I'll kill my action capping the flop.

Re: playing AA vs. an unknown.
Without a better read, you have to give some probability to 88 and AT (KT?). The turn bet really suggests that he's got something better than KK. I call down from there.
Edit: "turn bet" should read "turn 3bet" |

Re: playing AA vs. an unknown.
C'mon your name's in green - you can't be results oriented. I can see slowing down after the turn 3bet.
Should villian C/R the turn, river, or both? |

Re: playing AA vs. an unknown.
i dont know. when a complete unknown is playing like this it's hard to say how far to go. just the fact that they are going crazy indicates that they're more likely to be a maniac than someone playing more passively.
i think just calling the turn 3-bet is right. |
