Default TP+OESF draw... what now?

I have no idea to play these types of hands... In general I just try to get in as much money on the flop as I can. If they just call though, and a brick falls on the turn, how much do I slow down? I tend to build big pots on the flop and then if I miss on the turn I end up having a pretty good chance to go broke. Should I not be building these pots?

Why would you do anything other than call?

You definitely are not ahead. But a hand like this is interesting because it's a bit uncertain how many outs you have. One of them especially someone like the short stack could be on a flush draw as well. Or have something like A8 w/ 1 spade. So you may be ahead of Captmorgan, but probably not ahead of speedy. You're probably behind 2 pair like T9, T7, or 97. Given the stack sizes and the size of the pot it's an easy call. Just hope your flush outs are good at least for the side pot.

The question was not in this specific situation. I said if they had just called, what would my plan be on future streets.

I'd just check the flop looking to CR. If the biggerstack had flat called, I'd likely just c/c him down.
