Re: Bubble in a satellite
Ok, so you would have won after getting your money in with the worst of it? We don't take kindly to posts like that around here. You made the correct decision, thats all that matters.

Re: Bubble in a satellite
Eric,
This is results oriented thread. If no ace came on the board would you have posted the hand? This was a 100% clear fold. Brad |

Re: Bubble in a satellite
[ QUOTE ]
The results: PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t1200 (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver) Button (t42690) SB (t6712) Hero (t4090) UTG (t21232) MP (t36619) Preflop: Hero is BB with A, Q. 1 fold, MP raises to t2400, 1 fold, SB raises to t6637, 1 fold, MP calls t4237. Flop: (t13499) 7, 9, A 2 players) Turn: (t13499) 9 (2 players) River: (t13499) 4 (2 players) Final Pot: t13499 MP has 3c Kh (one pair, nines). SB has Ks Kd (two pair, kings and nines). Outcome: SB wins t13499. [/ QUOTE ] Yah, well, if MP was making a completely stupid play with A3o or 96s something (which he's clearly capable of doing since he raised K3o here), you just lucked your way into a prize. Don't be results oriented. Look at the percentages in my last post and tell me if I'm wrong. You wouldn't even have had 30% equity in a 3-way pot, and you're complaining that you folded just because you would have won the hand? Either fix your pattern mapper so you know what cards will be dealt, or don't be results oriented. |

Re: Bubble in a satellite
No, the results notwithstanding i still thought it was a tough decision. Apparantly it wasn't.
