A "quotable" is something that is viewed as like a "WOW" punchline. Something that makes you rewind and listen again.

Somebody (Skeme?) will be able to tell you which magazine had a "Hip-Hop Quotables" feature, I believe.

A lot of these lines might be cute, but they're not like "blow you away" punchlines.

Meh, I'm OK with simply applying something that makes you smile and go "Thank God - someone had to . . . " such as:

"He came to save the game like a memory card . . . "
