if villain is loose preflop, fold is correct.

we just don't flop 2pair + or combo draw that often and you probably don't want to play for stacks with top pair with your hand. and a lot of the times you are stuck with midpair facing a flop bet that could be continuation or could have you crushed.

stacks are 100bb deep and villain did a normal pf raise, we won't be forced to play a big pot.
I agree with that point about villain being loose, but this villain raises 10% pf, I don't think that's wide enough to fold KT here.
