Default river spew... do i call his cap?

Im almost 90 percent sure im beat but the pot is too big..

Party Poker ($1/$2 limit). Hand converted by Check Raised hand converter

Preflop (6 players): Hero is BB with
UTG 2 bets.
MP calls [2.75:1].
2 folds.
SB calls [4.67:1].
HERO 3 bets.
UTG calls [10:1].
MP calls [11:1].
SB calls [12:1].

Flop (12 small bets ($12) in pot, 4 players):

SB checks.
HERO checks.
UTG bets.
MP calls [14:1].
SB calls [15:1].
HERO calls [16:1].

Turn (8 bets ($16) in pot, 4 players):

SB checks.
HERO bets.
UTG calls [10:1].
MP folds [10:1].
SB folds [10:1].

River (10 bets ($20) in pot, 2 players):

HERO bets.
UTG 2 bets.
HERO 3 bets.
UTG caps.
HERO SPEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWSSS

losing to 66 at and any other boat combination.

If you really are 100% sure you're beat then you don't have odds to call. However, it's not often that you are 100% sure.
