Default NL $25 buy-in (live)

This hand happend a week or so ago. I wanted to get some feedback on it.

Hero (21.00)
Villain (19 and some change)

Villain is unknown. He has been at the table for 15 or so minutes, not much to go on.

Everyone limps (6 players) (.12/.25 blinds) I am in the BB with 8h 7s. I check.

(Pot is at $1.50)

Flop 7h Kh 7c

SB Checks
Hero checks (I am going for the CR with so many people to act after me)
UTG checks
MP bets $1.25
Villain calls $1.25
Button folds
SB folds
Hero raises to $4.00
UTG folds
MP folds
Villain reraises to $10.00

Hero.....??

What can I put villain on? What is my move here?

Also was the CR the right move here since I am so early to act? Or do I need to lead out on the flop?

Thanks for the feedback.

I will post the results of the hand in a bit.

firstly, how do u play with a 12c small blind in a live game?

just bet this flop ur hand isn't as strong as u think and from there i think the hand plays out much differently.

i CR more to 6-8.

as played i get my money in.
