Default Other Message Boards / Communities

What is a good way to find other message boards about different topics? For instance, how do you go about finding the 2+2 of Fly Fishing or Golf?

I am really having trouble finding one about restaurant management / ownership. I have a lot of questions I'd like to ask, and just can't seem to find a good resource.

And yes, I've tried Google, with very little luck.

I start with google, and search around a little till I find a few I like. Now, chances are I'm on a pretty lame forum, and I just don't know it yet. But there's hope. See, the loser forums frequently link to the winner forums saying something like 'these guys aren't as cool as they think they are'. So when you see another forum mentioned in this way, go check it out. And there you go, you've found the good forum.
