Default 50NL TT Preflop

So I've been reading the forums for a while and I had an argument with my friend about a hand so I decided to post.

UTG has just joined the table about 2 orbits ago and this is the first hand he played. SB is a loose passive donk: 80/12/1 after about 100 hands. I've seen him reraise SC's a couple of hands ago but am afraid UTG might follow if I just call.

What's my line here? Call? RR AI? Fold?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($49.25)
MP ($28)
Button ($49)
SB ($34.88)
Hero ($68.44)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.25.

UTG has folded his first 20 hands and is now raising 4bb's from UTG. Now someone reraises for half of their stack. Why are you considering any other option besides folding?
