Unfortunately, this could easily be the party software freezing up. For this reason, I refuse to play on "No DP" tables until the software issues get cleaned up. I'm not saying this is what happened, but it's going to be difficult for Party to aggresively enforce a DP policy when there are so many issues with the software IMHO.

Both times I've reported disconnect abuse I've used info@partypoker.com. Both times I got a response in an hour or two stating that there was a pattern of abuse and his DP privileges had been removed.
