I have no idea how to play it.
Call and try to hit the flop with no position? Push?

No reads on villian.

Push every time without a specific read, like that he's Phil Helmuth. Still push then, screw it.

Easy push. Everyone thinks it's his right to steal from the button with a 3x raise. I love nothing more than reraising with rags to take the pot away from him. But in this case you actually have a hand. So it's easy.
