Hello. I was wondering if any of you guys ever post stuff that is intentionally false? I have been reading alot of the advice here and well some of it is spot on with what I think, it seems some is designed to sabatoge the reader.

There is a non-zero probability that you have yet to understand the subtle art of sarcasm.

Its mostly sarcastic and partly because some people on the forum are terrible. Youll figure it out after a while.

In general look at the OP, if it's some random donk that wants to fold the second nuts on a K23r flop to an overbet and the everyone debates the hand... well you know....

I make satirical posts, but I think if the reader thought to himself a little bit and put the post in context, the true message would shine through

i doubt that people intentionally post incorrect advice. it would defeat the purpose of this form, and ultimately destroy the exchange of ideas.

however, i think several players misrepresent their overall results. i also think some posters don't understand that they don't have a full grasp of poker theory, and unknowingly give incorrect advice. i think this is one of the biggest problems here.

the form has grown enough, and likely produces enough profit, that hiring a full time expert to analyze hands and to respond to posts would be very beneficial. and that would help ensure that the quality of this form will continue to be excellent. i will contact mason and suggest it.
