Played about 3 orbits at this table, so no real stable reads. BB has been in probably too many hands and CO hasn't done anything to note, but seems more on the TAGish side

I think you were good, or at least, you're going to be good enough times to make that call. I don't tend to read much strength in minimum re-raises.

Is this a known converter bug? It looks like the CO in fact raised to $3.50, which meant he put $3 more in the pot, right?

Presenting it in this way, in addition to being flat wrong ('to' != 'by' != 'by putting in another'), makes it very hard to follow the betting. JMO.
