Changing picture on stars

I've seen a few of the top players on stars change their picture more than twice which I thought wasn't possible. I tried to change my again but was told it wasn't allowed. How are they getting around this?

I think emailing PokerStars and asking them to change it again would work. If its been a while since the last time you changed pictures I dont think they would mind.

I emailed them to let me change my icon because some people found it offensive . None of that was true but he still let me change it.
