This is a really cool post. Most likely cause it feels like its something that could apply to me. I just started playing poker over spring break cause a buddy of mine wanted to get the bonus for signing up for party. I'm still playing those small MTT's and am doing farely well. I found this site probably less than a week or two ago and can already tell I'm thinking much more about my plays, and making plays and more importantly folds I wouldn't have made. So I'd just like to say thank you for all of your advice and posts for us younger college aged players. I hope to spend the part of the summer I'm not interning playing poker. Good luck to all over the summer young and old.

I fall into this category. I deposited 50 on stars and grinded that up to 500 pretty fast, then won 1k in a 3+R. Then lost that all on monkey tilt, used some FPPs to win 215 dollars, then won 2500 in a 10+R. I want to play full time this summer too

gosh

this post kinda got me thinking

its pretty sick how densensitized to money i've become

i remember when i first started playing, i guess about 2.5 yrs ago now, if i dropped a few buyins at 1c-2c nl i'd be depressed for like 2 days.

now i barely even notice downswings until they approach 5 digits.

what have i become?

I love that 2p2 is the only place I can go outside of emo punk concerts that I feel really old at the ripe age of 22, almost 23.

I almost deleted this. For future reference though, dont come into MTT and start problems with respected posters, just to start problems. I don't look on it kindly and I take it personally. Thank you.
