Default WHY does people reraise with 65 off?

say i am dealer button, i raise with somewhat Ax too, SB folds. then BB reraise with rags...

whats the rational behind this for BB?

is it because so tht if he hits something, i will tend to call down to river with A high as my image of him is loose? how does it works? i am confused by this play

The quick answer is that if you both miss, his initiative/aggression will take down the pot. He's stealing position from you.
There are plenty of other reasons like if he knows you open very light, he has a tight image and you'll fold to his aggression, or the complete opposite that you are a nit that won't call down lightly that make this play make sense. Sorry if this is kinda vague but hope it gets you on the right frame of mind.
