15/30 TT.
6-max 15/30 on Prima. EP Limps, I raise to $120 w/ TxTs. BB calls, limper calls. I have a very aggro image and I've folded to checkraises on the flop a few times at this table.
Flop is Kx7s2s. Both players check to be, I bet $275 into a $370 pot. BB min-checkraises to $550, EP folds. I think about folding here, but BB(24/15 pre flop) is weak with following through on the turn and because of my poor image I still have a good chance of having the best hand. I decide to call and fold to a reasonable turn bet. Turn is 5s. BB checks, I push for ~$2200 into ~$1500 pot. Gross? |

I don't think I get past the flop myself.

Re: 15/30 TT.
If you think there is a decent chance that your hand is ahead due to your poor image, 3 bet is superior to calling because if he is check minraising you lightly, you are essentially giving him a free card/ easy target for 2nd barrel by calling where as by 3 betting, you take down pots vs hands that you have beat or put some real pressure on marginal K.
I think turn bet is pretty bad since you'd almost overpush a flush like that. I think I probably checkbehind or fire 2/3, leaning towards checking. |

Re: 15/30 TT.
Muck the flop. I don't think it's close. The bluff check minraise is pretty popular with the Scandinavians on boards like this but he did it with a player still to act in between you two.
Given that you called, I'd much rather bet something like $900 than push. Pushing looks so suspicious. Either way, I think this guy is checking with the intention of not folding. |
