Put tape over one of your holecards. Ok, now:

-Preflop- raise/reraise when visible card is >J.

-Postflop- bet/raise/reraise with a visible pair, 4-straight, or 4-flush.

This little known strategy automatically gives you game-theoretic-optimal bluffing frequencies. It is also the best way to exploit the plethora of folding equity available in low-limit Texas Hold'Em games.
