yeah, they did a [censored] job of advertising the increase.

This could've been intentional... imagine how much extra money they'd make if they went to the trouble of canceling the 37 cent stamps on under-stamped envelopes, then returned them to senders and made them put a 39 cent stamp on the damn things? It's a drop in the bucket compared to their normal handle, but if they have to increase prices...

I also wonder how many people that do know about the increase, are too lazy to get 2c stamps, and use 2 37's on each letter until they run out.

this is what I do [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

I actuall still have an assload of 34 cent stamps, and double them up
