Yes, I consider myself as lucky.

I started out with a $100 bankroll playing 1/2 shorthanded limit on Party and somehow didn't bust despite chasing any two (probably a 70/0/0). At the time I decided that if I lose that $100 I'd find myself a "real" job. Thankfully a friend told me about 2+2 and poker has enabled me to return to school.

I have running water, electricity, decent shelter, sufficient food, am in good health, and do not have to do physical labor for a living. I'd guess well over 2/3 of the world's population is not so fortunate. Add in things like living in a first world democracy with freedom and human rights, being college educated, having a car, a TV, computer, Internet, above average intelligence, etc., I'd say I'm luckier than 99% of the people on this planet.

I'd bump that up to 99.5% if the damn fish didn't keep hitting their two outers on me. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I believe in stacking a lot of chips when I get a Group 1 hand 40% of the time. Maybe you nerds can use your graphing calculators to ADD UP ALL MY MONEY.
