Instead of poor man's Harlan Williams as dealer, they should have just had Harlan Williams as dealer. Would have made the show watchable.

(I think the dudes name is harlan williams, 7 minute abs guy)

Funny thing is she was not acting - she is just as flakey IRL. Wonder who picked the wardrobe. Geesch, I think she would have been better off in her jenes and pink T.

Relax, people.

GSN executives:

1. Chose NOT to promote the Annie Duke pilot during 1st run episodes of High Stakes Poker;

2. Chose to slot the Annie Duke pilot 3 weeks after High Stakes Poker finished its run; and

3. Chose to slot the Annie Duke pilot during May "sweeps", against the heaviest competition of the year on the TV calendar.

GSN basically did EVERYTHING it could to "grease the skids" to ensure a low household rating so that GSN is not obligated to pick up the option for a full season of the show.

All for very good reasons. The show was a disaster.

Did I hear correctly? Did the host actually refer to Duke as a MILF?

Hmmmm....

This show was terrible, from the host checking out her ass to the terrible play of Dr. K to the obviously rigged headsup match...total crap.

The host checking out her ass was obviously rigged as well,
Judging by his mannerisms I am sure he would much rather have been checking out the rear of the guy she was playing then her.

I had this sitting on my DVR and decided to watching it thinking it couldn't be as bad as you guys were making it sound. I can watch pretty much anything related to poker and actually kind of like Annie Duke yet even I couldn't make it through 10 minutes of this garbage.
