Thank you, this is exactly what I was looking for.
I don't really want to get a tenderloin side of a steak this time out, and don't want a steak that big. I also don't want to get a prime rib anymore (I want to have an adventure [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]). So it's between ny strip and a top sirloin. If I like to season/flavor my meat (montreal steak seasoning, etc), is there a better choice? Also, you people saying ketchup/steaksauce is terrible etc. I agree, but what about hotsauce? |
